To assess fitness level, we ask participants to provide the results of their fitness tests, including, for example: (biometric information such as resting heart rate, height and weight); and (2) performance metrics from cardiovascular, flexibility and strength tests.

We do not provide personally identifiable information containing responses to individual questions to anyone. We use aggregate data collected from participants to measure the fitness level, and changes in the fitness level, of teams for purposes of determining league winners. In some cases, you may arrange for other parties, such as wellness test administrators, to conduct fitness tests. We can make no guarantees that these unaffiliated third parties will maintain your information as confidential. We recommend that you discuss the issue of confidentiality with any such test administrators or personal trainers prior to engaging in any activities with them.

We have implemented security and technology measures in an effort to protect your personal information from unauthorized access by others. We require our employees and others who have authorized access to your data to abide by this privacy policy.

We store your personally identifiable information on database servers that are hosted by another company. This Company's privacy policies prevent access by unauthorized individuals, and provide for physical security of the premises where the data is stored.

You have access to and may change your fitness score information at any time. If you choose to delete your account, we may retain your information as part of the aggregate data that we maintain for comparative purposes.
